MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Go Landlord Management requires tenants place all normal maintenance requests in writing  through the current approved method.  Currently approved methods are either the Tenants portal or by filling out a request form in our office.

 After Hours Maintenance Service / Premises Visits: please call 404-615-0468 Horton  Management maintains this 24/7 maintenance phone line for tenants to call and place emergency work orders.   

Emergency Calls: Emergency defined: Anything relating to the Premises under the lease that is threatening to life, health, or the Premises. Fire (please call 911), flood, sewage back-ups, gas odors (call gas company), broken water pipes (turn water off), tree falling on house, call the Maintenance 24/7 phone line and claim an “emergency” at __404-615-0468____.
